UNION SPACES

Following Jesus isn’t something we do solo—it’s meant to be lived out in real layers of connection: showing up in the world, sharing life in community, and going deep with a few trusted friends. The early church lived in this rhythm, and throughout history, Christians have understood that spiritual growth happens best when we are rooted in different kinds of spaces. At Union, we name these Commons, Communities, and Circles. Each serves a distinct and vital role in shaping us into the likeness of Christ and empowering us for Kingdom purpose.

Commons are open, friendship-building spaces where we connect through hobbies, shared experiences, and neighborhood events. They create low-barrier opportunities for belonging, reminding us that spiritual growth often begins with friendship. From park days to art nights, Commons spark joy and connection while opening the door to deeper community and faith.

COMMONS

Communities are groups small enough for intimacy, while large enough for diversity. They’re where friendships grow deeper through shared meals, presence, and prayer together. They provide space for Scripture to shape everyday life and for discipleship to move from theory to practice. Around living rooms and dinner tables, Communities become the heartbeat of spiritual formation and genuine fellowship.

COMMUNITIES

Circles are small, intimate groups of 3–4 people committed to honesty, accountability, and encouragement. These spaces are safe enough to heal, but dangerous enough to grow. In Circles trust deepens, healing begins, and discipleship becomes personal and transformative. Circles help us move beyond simply knowing about Christ to being formed into His likeness alongside trusted spiritual friends.
